Makes 8 serving

3 cups chopped gala apples
1 1/2 cups stalks of celery, chopped
2 packages Nature Knows red seedless grapes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh orange juice (for a twist try mango orange)
6 cups fresh greens (we used leaf lettuce)



Mix the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl: apples, celery, grapes, walnuts and raisins. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and juice. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and toss salad gently until evenly dressed. Refrigerate until chilled.
